END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 'ACTIVE PHONEBOOK' SOFTWARE. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL.

‘Active Phonebook’ is owned by Ahir Software, which reserves the right to change the rules at any time. The website eula page shall be considered the final agreement. Anyone may use this software for legal purposes. The ‘Active Phonebook’ license is not for rent or sale of software, but is permanently submitted to the recipient for use in accordance with the terms of the policy. If a person obtains a license it becomes binding and agrees to the terms of the company. This license cannot be transferred to another person or company. Software only uses your device hardware and internet for registration security purposes. The trial version of the Active Phonebook may be distributed free of charge, and no person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Active Phonebook without the written permission of the owner (Ahir Software).

'Active Phonebook' is shared "as is". It does not explicitly imply any kind of guarantee. You use this software at your own risk. Developers will not be liable for any data loss, other loss, data security problem, import-export data security, speed of software and system, loss of profit or loss of any kind.

You may not copy, imitate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, dismantle, disassemble, reverse engineering of the licensed program, any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this License and may result in criminal or civil action. All rights not expressly granted herein are protected by the author of this software. Installing and using the ‘Active Phonebook’ implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you must uninstall / remove the 'Active Phonebook' files from your storage devices and stop using the product.
